Work you'll do
Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte. Key responsibilities will include designing, prototyping, and testing technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Building relationships and personal network
Studying towards a professional Workday qualification
Providing Workday expertise and advice to multinational clients
Work with client teams to deliver and manage the project with high quality deliverables, on time and within budget
Liaising with functional leads to ensure the design and configurative functional solutions are achievable and deliver quality assurance
Develop deep understanding of internal business functions such as HR, Payroll and IT
Identifying Integration design requirements and supporting the build of the system
Manage the project activities based on Workday methodology and quality checkpoints
Supporting project management team and producing deliverables
Support logistics and budget management for the project management team
Candidate if selected should be able to design, build, test and deploy integrations (EIB, Studio, Connectors) independently.
He/she should be able to drive design/requirement gathering sessions in a virtual mode. Status reporting and risk evaluation skills are required.

Requirements:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships
Proven ability to work as part of a team and leadership skills
Knowledge of general programming concepts
At least 5 years working experience in Workday
A desire to retrain and become Workday certified
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with technology focused degree is an advantage
Workday integration core certified, minimum one fullcycle Workday implementation project experience.
