So what are you waiting for Join the winning team now. About the Team The Workday AMS team sits within the broader Workday teams of Workday HR Technology and Workday Finance. The Deloitte Workday team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support. The Deloitte Workday team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Workday solution. For the Workday AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the Workday experience. You will be working on large Australian based enterprise clients. Work you will do The position of AMS Consultant in the Workday team is responsible for providing exceptional delivery and service to our AMS clients. The AMS clients are varied and have different issues and requirements meaning that no two days are the same for an AMS Consultant. An AMS Consultant will work through issues and incidents, solve complex problems, recommend continuous improvement initiatives, and implement enhancements. Perform issue investigation and resolution to support for Workday clients Prioritise and manage tickets and workload to ensure SLAs are met Co-ordinate and lead client conversations to understand an issue or gather requirements Investigate and define solutions for client issues Configure, test, and implement solutions Document requirements, solutions, and testing Recommend continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements that will help the client optimise their solution Designing and implement enhancements independently or as a part of a small project team Work with others within the team to provide holistic solutions to clients Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. You are someone who has experience in Finance Technology and/or in Consulting or Support Services. This is a role for someone who enjoys challenges and supporting clients. Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Systems Engineering or equivalent Certified in one or more Workday modules in your area, e.g.: Finance - at least one Finance stream, eg.
