Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Absence and Time Tracking product suite.
Utilize your expertise to effectively: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, develop and present prototypes, assist in testing the Workday system, and transfer knowledge to clients.
Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices both intellectually and practically.
Perform Workday Delivery Assurance
Provide regular updates to project managers, keeping them informed about the overall project progress.
Propose innovative approaches and tools to deploy Workday more efficiently and effectively.
Ensure that functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation, and assist with configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
Deliver insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting project risks and improvements in client adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
2+ years Hands-on experience in a combination of Absence and Time Tracking Solutions
Hands on experience in Workday Implementation project
Current active Workday Absence Certification
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications

Proficiency in managing timelines and achieving goals effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
