Position: Work Order Processing Coordinator
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am to 4pm AST (Canada)|8pm to 4am Phil. time
Pay Range: $800 - $1200 monthly
Plus monthly performance-based bonus!
Onboarding Period:
Collaborate with the team to clear through the backlog of work orders.
Establish and nurture relationships with new vendors in the city to expedite the processing of work orders.
Core Responsibilities:
Track and manage the average time to resolve open work orders.
Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the CEO through a business review package submitted via Slack.
Software Improvement:
Actively engage with our proprietary software, Rentalize, to ensure seamless workflow integration.
Make valuable suggestions for software enhancements to benefit our company and Rentalize's broader customer base.
Primary tools utilized in this role include Facebook (for discovering new vendors and contractors), Dialpad (for handling phone calls), Gmail (for managing emails), and Rentalize (our work order management system)
Requirements
Excellent communication skills to engage with residents and external vendors effectively.
Experienced in managing maintenance/construction work orders.
Strong organizational abilities to manage work orders efficiently.
Familiarity with property management software, Rentalize, is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
