Overview of Position
The Customer Service Representative will provide customer service for electronic products such as High-definition Consumer goods, Smartphones, Tablets & Home Automation Devices. The CSR will also provide technical assistance through web-chat and email-based communication tools.
Essential Functions
Providing timely resolution to customer queries and complaints in a professional manner and in accordance to established guidelines
Troubleshooting and resolving customer service issues and schedule field service calls when necessary
Retaining customers and preventing from disconnecting services, repair and respond to diverse types of inquiries
Documenting customer transactions accurately and in-time in related customer and business tools
Collaborating with team members and cross functional teams as per the business need
An obligation to deliver exceptional customer service
Receive inbound chats to gather and verify required information and do utmost within their power to solve customer problems
Actively listen to the customer, and show empathy and patience
Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken
Ensure policies and procedures are followed on all calls
Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and proper information is given to customer
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new process and procedures
Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators – e.g. Call Handle Time, Quality, CSAT & DSAT
Attend Team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
With at least 1 year of technical background
Has 15 Mbps of stable wired internet connection at home
Above average communication skills
Located at Cebu City only
