We are looking for a highly-experienced Tax Preparer!
 
SHIFT SCHEDULE:
9:00am - 5:00pm PST paid lunch break
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous 5yr experience as a Tax Preparer or in a related role is preferred
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures
Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to analyze financial data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tax returns
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Has own PC/Laptop
Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and complete accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation, to determine tax liabilities
Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax regulations and identify potential deductions or credits
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and current tax preparation
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tax returns.
