We are looking for a highly experienced, talented, and passionate Accountant!
 
Rate: $15-$18/hour depending on experience
 
Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with 1 hour lunch break (paid)
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Filing Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual State and City Excise Tax Returns
Create and file Quarterly Payroll Tax Reports
Organizing and maintaining financial records
Ensuring legal compliance
Qualifications: 
A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in accounting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
2-3 years of experience in public accounting, particularly in tax planning and preparation
Preference for candidates with an EA or CPA license
Minimum of three years; bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks & Accounting CS
Minimum of three years; QuickBooks-based payroll experience
Proficiency in filing Quarterly Payroll Tax Reports (EFPTS/LNI/Employment
Security/941/940/WA Cares)
Competence in filing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual State and City Excise Tax Returns
Proficiency in multiple software applications, including QuickBooks, Lacerte, and the Microsoft Office suite.
