We are looking for highly experienced Sales Assistant!
 
Shift Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST initially, then 8:00am - 4:00pm EST after training. No official lunch hour but breaks allowed during downtimes and between tasks.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Following up on estimates and answering sales line
Managing sales email and vendor relations
Taking new sales requests and generating proposals
Prequalifying leads and writing retrofit proposals
Updating customer records and pricing using CRM systems
Uploading and sorting photos and data in the parts and services section
Developing plans for permits or system designs
Creating and sending follow up proposals based on technician notes and photos
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of phone support experience.
At least 1 year of administrative experience.
Has some Digital Marketing background (ex. social media marketing material creation).
Knowledgeable with data management (uploading, sorting, updating)
Experience with CRM systems and tools to manage and track workflow progress
Ability to develop valuable relationships with customers and address their concerns
Familiarity with electronic security (CCTV, automatic gates, etc) is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Complete work-from-home setup
Reliable internet connection
Proficiency with Optsy and Zuper CRM Data Entry and Database is a plus!
