We are looking for a highly-experienced Collections / Accounts Receivable Specialist!
 
SHIFT SCHEDULE:
9 am-5 pm EST Tues-Thurs
45 mins Paid Break
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to communicate in English with a neutral American accent is a MUST!
Experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable, Invoices, and Filling is a MUST!
Basic knowledge of Accounting and QuickBooks is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Has own PC/Laptop
Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be working closely with the Office Manager on outstanding invoices.
Will be doing some light filing and some other office responsibilities.
