We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative!

Shift Schedule: 08:00 PM-05:00 AM PH TIME Monday - Friday with 1 hour paid lunch break
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Must be a top-tier customer service representative
Must have good demeanor
Must be sharp, smart, willing to be trained and a fast learner
Take inbound calls for existing clients in their database
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service is a MUST!
Experience taking inbound calls is a MUST!
Proactive and is able to work independently with less supervision
Excellent English communication skills and conducting calls with great energy is a MUST!
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor
Has own PC or laptop
Has own headset with noise cancellation
Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
Complete work-from-home equipment's with noise-cancelling headphones
