About the role
Full-time position working from home starting at 9 am AEDT/AEST (Melbourne time)
Reporting to the Senior Client Manager based in Australia, but working closely with the Senior Production Manager
End-to-end daily bookkeeping, accounting and payroll tasks including end of month and end of financial year manual journals and checklists
Keep client manuals and checklists up to date
Preparation of various tax lodgements such as BAS, IAS and payroll tax

Skills and experience requirements
Accounts payable processing and bank reconciliation in any tax jurisdiction.
An accounting degree is a minimum requirement.
Prior experience working with an Australian tax or bookkeeping firm is highly regarded but not essential.
Knowledge of Xero, Dext Prepare (formerly Receipt Bank) are highly regarded but not essential.
