₱ 35,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Job Description:
* Work At Home Set Up
* Answering incoming calls from customers
* Resolving customer inquiries/requests
* Developing and maintaining accurate files
* Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
* Complete call guidelines; compile and confirm the necessary data.
* 10pm to 10am usual work hours still predominantly GY shift and most of the time it is Sat & Sun off
* Provide all the equipment
Salary Package: 35000
Qualifications:
* Min of 2 years exp in a "Healthcare BPO" account.
* Willing to render OT for Mon to Thur for 2 hours
* Within Manila are and an hour or 2 from manila
* Provide all the equipment
* At least Senior High School Graduate
* With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
* Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
* Amenable to Report Onsite
