Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the client to identify and understand the requirements
• Responsible for creating websites from layout to function based on technical needs
• Handle and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• In-charge of Program Development
• Assist the internal team with any technical updates or issues (a.k.a "Tech Fabulousness)
• Customize WordPress themes when needed
• WordPress plug-in creation and payment stripe integration
• Monitor and optimise website performance and ensure everything is working correctly and loading quickly
• Respond to error codes and troubleshoot problems
• Conduct training sessions with client and other team members when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related
• At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in WordPress development (updating, maintaining, and in SEO website optimisation)
• Background in sales and marketing (e.g. package and launch sales pages, marketing campaigns, and writing sales copy)
• Experience in CRM Integration and integrating plug-ins, including payment stripe
• Email management (Technical setup)
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Can work autonomously to some degree and a team player
• Can-do attitude, proactive, want to learn more and can adapt well
• Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
• Has a great attitude
• Good project management skills
• Experience in using Zapier (Cloud-based integration system) would be an advantage
• Ideally with working knowledge in event systems, Kajabi, and Adwords
• Working knowledge of Monday.com would be an advantage
