Qualifications:
Must have WordPress development experience of not less than 2y
Must have at least 2 years experience as technical support experience in a fast-paced/high-ticket volume environment
WordPress troubleshooting experience is a plus
Advanced knowledge of PHP and MySQL
Linux- Secure Shell (SSH) Knowledge
WooCommerce Experience
WP CLI experience
Hands-on experience in resolving complex and urgent technical issues and customer escalations through email, phone, and chat interactions
Evident strong problem-solving abilities
Must have average English communication skills in a customer service nature
Graduates or undergraduates of IT-related courses
Ability to interact with and collaborate with colleagues efficiently on a regular basis
