Requirements:
1-4 years of experience.
Good technical knowledge and skillset of PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, JAVA
Basic/Intermediate UNIX On the ground / in the field WMS experience and Operations
Has configured BY/JDA/RP Dispatcher (if BY/JDA/RP Discreet experience also - great!) NOTE: JDA is now known as Blue Yonder.
Hardware/RF exposure in the field Experience with designing Labels/Packing list/Invoices etc.
Experience with WMS Support / Testing
Experience with analysing and writing reports in SQL (SSRS)
Ability to communicate and articulate clearly over the phone with Clients/Customers
Responsive and driven to end task resolution
Experience with Application Support Systems (Zendesk, ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoho etc)
After Hrs Support will be required (on a rotational basis)
