Type of Employment: PROJECT BASED (4 MONTHS)
Work Set-Up: ON SITE
Work Location: Cebu
Schedule: Night Shift (2 Days Off but not Fixed Weekends Off)
Possible Start Date: November 25, 2020
Salary Package Range: 16, 500 - 21,600
Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years VOICE BPO Experience for HS Graduates
- At least 1 Year VOICE BPO Experience for 1st Year College
- At least 6 Months VOICE BPO Experience for 2 Years Completed in College
- WITH or WITHOUT BPO Experience for College Graduates
Job Description:
- Assist members regarding their all concerns
a. Pharmacy/Prescription benefits, eligibility and claims
b. Terminology and plan design
c. Home delivery billing inquiries
d. Correspondence requests
e. Accurately capture member grievances and file determination requests
- Compassionately inform and educate members about their benefits
- Utilize and be familiar with current system functions, applications, enhancements or upgrades in products and services
- Secure and maintain the confidentiality of member's accounts and information
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, breaking barriers, compliance, and customer follow-up, and attendance
