Graduate of any IT Related field
Provide IT Support for the client in the area of IT Infrastructure.
Handles service request; resolve simple to complex incident and problem tickets.
Deploy and maintain Windows Server systems (virtual and physical) and user account
Identify, analyze and apply patches to the servers
Basic troubleshooting on assigned incident tickets in the areas of Windows Server, Virtual Desktop Infrastricture (VDI)HyperV, ESX, and vCenter servers
