You'll work with studios, retail store owners, and wholesale platforms to deliver exceptional service that blends professionalism with warmth. This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-touch support environments like wholesale, B2B, or luxury customer service.What You'll Be DoingAs a Wholesale Virtual Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for wholesale customers. You'll manage inboxes, coordinate with fulfillment partners, and engage with the community on social platforms-all while ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand's voice and values.Your Core Responsibilities:
Wholesale Support (B2B Inbox Management)
Manage 30-100 daily emails via Gmail from wholesale customers
Provide updates on order status, ETAs, and track lost packages
Coordinate with 3PL (Shiphero) to resolve shipping issues and process credits/refunds
Handle restock inquiries, product concerns (e.g., scratches, wear), and inventory checks
Respond to Faire messages with the same level of attention and care as main inbox
Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B buyers
Community Engagement (Instagram & TikTok)
Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) in a friendly yet professional tone
Comment on posts and join relevant conversations to engage the brand's audience
Represent the brand voice authentically while fostering community growth
What You'll Bring to the Table
Experience: 1-2+ years in high-level customer support and/or virtual assistance, preferably in wholesale, B2B, or complex accounts
Communication: Clear and concise writing, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
Professional Warmth: Polished yet personable-you make people feel seen and supported
Independence: Confident working autonomously and managing your workload proactively
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve tricky situations calmly and empathetically
Availability: Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend support (Mondays are high volume)
