About the Role:
Provide administrative support to Australian home builders and business managers. You'll assist with scheduling, email management, file organisation, data entry, and project tracking, ensuring operations stay organised and efficient.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage inboxes, calendars, and appointments
Maintain project documentation and filing systems
Assist with data entry, forms, and basic reporting
Conduct online research or task tracking as needed
Provide ad hoc support to managers and team leads
Qualifications:
Prior experience in admin or virtual assistance
Strong English communication and writing skills
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task systems
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
