We provide live chat agents for nearly 100 websites. We launched in 2014, we have - 100 employees, and we all work virtually.
We are hiring a Sales Development Coordinator (reports to the Sales Manager) to assist in growing the business' client portfolio. This person will level up the department through dedicated focus and ownership of this part of the business-taking over and stabilize existing Processes / Infrastructure / Team (PIT), identify gaps along with design and operationalizing PITs.
Miscellaneous info about the role:
Part-time 20 hours per week initially then possibly going full time shortly after 1-2 months.
Reports to Sales Manager and CEO
Salary TBD based on experience
You'll work virtually from home, during US business hours (PST)
Preferably lives in the Philippines
Requirements
REQUIRED: B2B Sales Development and Management
You have at least 2 years of B2B sales development experience (preferably in a SaaS business).
You owned the success of lead/prospect relationship through periodic and customized communication via phone, chat, email and/or other mediums of communication building trust and confidence in the company you are representing with the goal of securing a demo and sign up.
Ability to interpret prospect responses and choose an appropriate response using campaign resources and experience with this type of work.
Ability to research contact information to be able to perform follow-up thru other mediums -- phone, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
REQUIRED: Process Adherence and Improvement (and ideally creation) of Sales Process and Infrastructure
You should have experience adapting to the existing Sales Process and had been involved in improving the existing process.
Experienced and skilled to understand and execute a step by step process such as
Ability to utilize example messages and campaign resources to craft effective messages to prospects to meet the goals of
. * Ability to recommend and implement process improvement initiatives that would make the current process more effective and yield better results.
REQUIRED: Virtual Office Setup
Stable high-speed internet connection (mobile internet not recommended) and back up internet in case primary connection goes off.
Laptop or PC that can handle work tools (recommended: quad-core CPU > 2.5ghz, 8GB or higher RAM)
Headset with mic and webcam for client and team meetings
Quiet and distraction-free workplace
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Knowledge and experience with e-Commerce and Google Analytics
You understand how an e-Commerce business works and how they use website live chat to become more successful.
You have experience in creating and analyzing Google Analytics to be able to come up with action plans that will help an e-Commerce business become successful.
