The Role:
Daily agenda management (top-of-day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc)
Assist in scraping and qualifying leads through research and email exchange
Research prospect lists to score them and to identify three main contacts
Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow up
Manage outreach to warm prospects that have yet to book calls with AEs
Track outreach activities, goals, and targets within HubSpot
Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
Must-Have:
2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
Experience with Apollo / Linkedin Sales Navigator (or similar tool) for prospecting and list building
Basic - intermediate Excel / Sheets
Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work EST
Nice to Have:
1+ years experience with Salesforce CRM for data management / sequence building
Gmail and Slack experience for internal comms
