Position: Customer Service Representative/Customer Care Associate (HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT)
Type of Employment: PERMANENT
Work Set-Up: WORK FROM HOME UNTIL JANUARY 2021
Work Location: Megaworld, Iloilo
Schedule: Shifting Schedules (Night and US Shift)
Possible Start Date: December 21, 2020
Salary Package Range: 16,000-18,000
Qualifications:
- At least 6 Months VOICE BPO Experience for 2 Years Completed in College
- WITH or WITHOUT BPO Experience for College Graduates
- Handled HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT (Preferred but not Required)
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH Communication Skills
- Should have STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS ONHAND
Technical Qualifications:
- Wired or DSL Connection
- At least 20 MBPS
- A Laptop or Desktop for the Recruitment Process (If Hired, Equipment will be Delivered)
Job Description:
- Assist members regarding their all concerns via telephone and written:
1. Insurance Benefits
2. Provider Contracts
3. Eligibility and Claims
4. Provides External and Internal Customers with Requested Information
- Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.
- Utilize and be familiar with current system functions, applications, enhancements or upgrades in products and services
- Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
- Secure and maintain the confidentiality of member's accounts and information
