We are looking for an Experienced Architect for Client Success Management who can provide ongoing support to our US clients and network with them. As a Client Success Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be expected to communicate directly with our clients to help solve any issues and ensure their satisfaction while they have an ongoing contract with us. A candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, team player, and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities
Establish clear client retention goals
Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
Measure employee performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Create and maintain project and client surveys and documentation
Be the go-to manager for project-related concerns of our internal architects
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of work experience
Proven background as a Team Lead and/or Manager with direct supervision to Architects and direct contact with Clients
Has solid technical background and hands-on experience in conceptual development, construction drawings, and detailing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Equipment:
i5 or higher with at least 8Gig RAM
Internet Connection:
At least 25MBPS Download and 10MBPS Upload
Preferably familiar in using architectural design software/s such as:
Revit Architecture 2016 or Newer
ArchiCAD
SketchUp
VRay
Maya
Grasshopper
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Lumion 3D Rendering
Enscape
Rhino 3D
