JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Listing Creator or Product analyst who can optimize product listings to capture attention and drive conversions. You'll be responsible for creating compelling product titles, engaging descriptions, and eye-catching images that showcase our offerings in the best list possible. The person must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel as our main tool in data analysis, like Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upload quality listings in Amazon, Store, and Website that will stand out and outperform the platform
Analyze and interpret data received from suppliers' sources if sufficient for listing creation
Acquire data from other sources and utilize them as a reference before uploading listings to Amazon
Utilizes software tools and systems to streamline listing processes and enhance productivity.
Create and upload top-quality listing detail pages utilizing as much data and information as possible
Maximizing listing performance by managing listing requirements to meet clients' expectations.
Enhanced the detail pages to ensure they are informative and impressive to the end consumer including video upload
Communicate effectively with internal teams to optimize listing performance.
Resolve customer queries and issues related to product listings.
Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize listings.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product listings are aligned with sales targets and strategies.
Provide regular updates on listing performance and key metrics.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in product listing strategies.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any degree aligned with Business, Digital Marketing, Statistics or IT-related
Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and Google spreadsheets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to work the night shift
Willingness to work during Philippine Holidays (holiday pay rule applies)
