Job Description
Must be able to read weld procedures for required parameters and use them accordingly
Reads and interprets blueprints with detailed drawings and dimension styles.
Prepares weld surfaces as required. Sets up, positions and operates hand and power tools such as Shielded Metal Arc and Flux-Cored arc welding.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Well qualified SMAW (111) and FCAW (136) Welders that are also certified by certifying body like SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds. Copy of Certificates are required.
•All certification should be depends on EN standards.
• Fillet weld , based metal thickness : up to 50 mm • Butt weld , based metal thickness : up to 20 mm
