POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Position purpose This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of website development and digital marketing, developing a refined marketing approach in order to create engaging and targeted campaigns and online platforms for the Company.
Main tasks:
Core objectives include:
Plan and execute all digital management, including website development, digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our website and social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversions
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
Devise strategies to drive online traffic to our website
Assist in the redesign of the website
Responsible for planning and budgetary control for all digital marketing
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Manage Google Ad Words campaign
Manage Google Reviews and Ratings

Experience

websites using wordpress
Experience in developing effective SEO and SEM strategies
Experience in Google Adwords
