About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for an experienced web designer to create web pages for our prospective clients.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift, Remote set-up
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Utilize Duda CMS for fast website design and building based on a 1-month launch target
Create web page samples based on prospective client's needs and feedback during and following kick-off meetings
Design effective sites optimized for user experience and business needs
Design website visuals that match needs and branding of clients
Build, test, maintain, and improve site designs while following design best practices Communicate in English with team members and clients to discuss and present design ideas
Coordinate via chat, video calls, and email with team members during agreed-upon office hours
Answer project-related questions from clients by email and in video calls as needed
Requirements:
College Graduate of any IT course
Excellent visual design skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of mobile-first development and responsiveness.
Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of content management systems.
Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
Creative and open to new ideas.
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 18,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
