MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Website Designer/Developer!
General Description: Design, create, and maintain websites, providing in the process a cohesive and user-friendly online portal for the use of clients
Work Arrangement: Office-based
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Write efficient codes
Create websites using standard HTML/CSS practices
Work closely with web designers, SEO specialists, and content writers to produce the website
Research for different software programs, maintaining software documentation
Implement contingency plans in case the website goes down
Maintain and enhance the website once built
Conceptualize, design and present front-end web solutions
Create mock-ups of functions and systems using design tools
Generate engaging web pages addressing both end-user and business goals
Modernize old websites to improve visual appeal and user experience
Requirements:
Graduate of any IT or technology related course preferred; College undergrads are welcome to apply
At least 1 year of experience as a website developer
Experience in database systems such as MySQL, SQL and Oracle
Experience in WordPress, PHP and JavaScript development
Good understanding of the capabilities of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Good time management skills
Good organizational skills
Understanding of information architecture, web accessibility, UI, interaction and visual design best practices, limitations and constraints of front-end presentation principles and browser limitations
Ability to create wireframes and clickable prototypes with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Good communication skills
Portfolio that showcases your best work
Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 16,000 - 22,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
