JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for working closely with to the various Risk within business functions and ensures tasks/activities deliver maximum value to both the company and their client.
Duties include identification, analysis, design, implementation, testing, modification, and maintenance of properly engineered information systems, containing data as the major component to meet agreed business needs.
Will primarily work on initiatives related to occupancy data system of the client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify quality issues and bugs in service, development and business processes
Collaborate with other business departments to understand how automation can improve a company's productivity.
Provides technical support to operations or other development teams.
Participates in project planning sessions with team members to analyze process development requirements, provide design options, and provide work breakdown and estimates of work.
Find opportunities for automation within the computer software processes.
Makes suggestions for process solutions or process enhancements.
Collect requirements from end-users, customers or clients to create the best automation strategies
Install databases and applications crucial to automation
Integrates software applications and modules in accordance with agreed upon specifications provided by the client.
Creates and maintains all required technical/process documentation/manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability.
Design and implement QA quality tests using scripts that automatically test system operation
Provides status updates for own scope of work within projects.
Write contents of SOPs and Playbooks based on agreed topics, including sections detailing methodology, source, measurements of success, exceptions.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions. May mentor and train team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal skills which work well with a complex team.
Stakeholder Management: Able to work with diverse group of stakeholders and managers.
Communication: Strong communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to relate confidently and effectively to users at all levels.
Excellent skills in spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel)
Proficient in presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)
Project management Skill: able to delegate tasks, track automation results, implement improvements and collect project data all require
Problem Solving Skill: offer timely resolutions to automation issues, handle troubleshooting issues and create technical automation control systems to prevent issues before they occur.
Automation & Robotics: proficient in the system automation process to develop your ability to solve issues on processes through automation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BS or BA Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / related courses.
At least 3 years' experience in business analysis & processes.
Exposure to jobs related to system administration, database administration, Risk & Cybersecurity management and computer programming.
A master's degree holder is a plus.
Holder of certification on system automation is a plus.
