Job Summary:
Responsible for managing webcasts for high profile companies in the EMEA region, this will include extensive travelling to many European countries to provide tailored services from conception through to delivery. Establishing excellent working relationships with clients and continuously striving to improve the level of overall service that the company is providing.
Essential Duties:
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to clients
Planning, Scheduling and executing webcasts for our corporate clients
Excellent project management and organisational skills - including the ability to work on multiple projects under strict deadlines
Using Project Management methodology to plan, prepare and execute events looking to mitigate any risks through the delivery processes
Managing all elements of a webcast project including related third parties, e.g. audio visual production teams, coordinating content delivery and event production, recording and broadcasting of webcasts, reporting and quality assurance
Work closely with the Event and Video teams and global counterparts to ensure that a seamless service is provided to our clients
Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date with changes
Undertake any ad hoc duties/projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Educated to A' level standard or equivalent
An additional European language highly advantageous
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and Flash in particular) is desirable
Adobe Connect / Cisco Webex is desirable
Branding and marketing strategies would be advantageous
MS Office is essential
Mac Operating System experience
Flash Live Media Encoder/Telestream Wirecast desirable
Video Encoding is desirable
Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable
Working knowledge of HTML, FTP, CSS, XML is desirable
Audio Visual production is desirable
Knowledge of Networking (Firewalls, Proxy, etc.) is desirable

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
This role falls under West client's customer protection requirements. This means successful applicants will need to satisfy background checks. In addition to residency and right to work checks, this will also include a full credit check
Travel to other West office locations/client sites may be required
On occasion you may be required to work outside your core hours to meet business requirements
The role will involve working on a rotating shift pattern: TIME and TIME, DAY to DAY on a rotational basis.
