GrowthAssistant is looking for a Web Scraping and Lead Generation Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will do web scraping of leads from various online sources using tools and scripting and ensure that scraped leads are cleansed, uploaded, and updated into the CRM. Thus, email outreach to leads and booking them on the sales team's calendars are also expected from this teammate.

The Role
Utilize web scraping tools, scripts, and techniques to extract data from websites, forums, social media platforms, and other online sources.
Monitor web scraping processes to ensure consistent and reliable data acquisition
Stay updated with the latest web scraping tools, technologies, and best practices to optimize data collection efficiency
Generate leads and build a list using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc., in which parameters are provided
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the collected data by conducting regular validation and verification processes
Perform data cleansing and normalization to eliminate duplicates and maintain a high-quality lead repository
Upload, organize, and update leads in the CRM
Pull missing data from online sources
Verify data for accuracy prior to outreach
Templated email outreach and response using HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools, in which templates/scripts and goals are given
Book meetings on the sales team's calendar via written communication
The Requirements
2+ years of experience with Python or SQL is a must-have
Familiarity with working with APIs and handling different data formats (JSON, XML, CSV) is a must-have
Should have 2+ years of experience in Research / Lead Generation / Profiling using Apollo.io or similar platforms
Should have 1+ years of experience with MS Office
Should have 2+ years of experience with a CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
Preferably with experience in building outreach playbook by experimenting and documenting proven outreach activities
Experience writing email copy/templates is a nice-to-have
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zones
