● Handles all operations of affiliate company - Pink Cheeks and Caterpillar Company.
● Study company products to create unique ideas for marketing.
● Learns, practices, and develops essential skills in sales, and marketing techniques
● Responds to inquiries made over the internet and effectively meets internet sales targets
● Manages all sales activities generated from the internet
● Keeps the company website up-to-date
● Developing and managing the online marketing campaigns.
● Achieving a strong social media presence with growing client potential
● Selling the new products and services by implementing various internet-based marketing and selling strategies
● Makes effective use of the social networking and mobile web technology to extend and reach more customers
● Plays an active role in implementation and ongoing website enhancements
● Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
● Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
● Keeping up to date with advancements in marketing.
● Trains new and existing staff on the latest sales techniques, online trends, and software.
● Handles purchases and supplier development both for international and local requirements.
Job Specification:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in e-commerce or web sales coordination.
· Strong understanding of online sales platforms, website management, and digital marketing techniques.
· Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
