As Web Researcher, your job is to maintain the data quality of our customer databases by performing research, data validation, and updating of existing records.
Your responsibilities include:
Conducting research on customer data as per guidelines/instructions
Analyzing existing data to check for inconsistencies and duplicates
Correcting data inaccuracies in our database
Preparing reports based on work done
Performing other tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s) assigned to you.

Proactive, meticulous and quality oriented
Good in research and can work without supervision
A fast learner
Proficient in MS Excel
