The Role
As a Web Lead Developer (Angular), you will play key developer and software architect roles.
How you'll contribute
Play key developer and software architect roles. Sometimes may play development team lead and project coordinator roles as well
Write high quality and testable code following clean code and SOLID design principles
Conduct code reviews
Create design, technical and project documentation
Plan and schedule own work for tasks and projects, also implement functionality without direct supervision
Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions
Coordinate application deployment
Follow and understand defined software development process
Participate in workshops and presentation of proposed solutions to clients
Communicate with BA team on a regular basis to clarify business requirements
Assist team members with providing with technical solutions
Work independently while in close collaboration with others in the team and across projects
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or related fields.
Must have 8-10 years of solid experience in software engineering and development focused in front-end or web.
Proficient in using AngularJS/Angular, Javascript, React and HTML5.
Has good working knowledge in designing web interfaces and producing design specification and prototypes.
Strong theoretical background (Composition, Color Theory, Typography, Design and Art styles).
Well-versed in integrating and optimizing front end build tools such as Grunt, Gulp and Webpack).
Has effective communication and presentation skills.
People management experience is a plus.
