1. Actively contribute to the accomplishment of the company's goal and specifically, the IWMS division's goal towards a successful project implementation* as a Web Developer / GIS Programmer:
In close coordination with PM, BA, BSA, Applications Configuration Engineer:
Understand client's project objectives, identify true business and user requirements
Define scope and objectives, set/propose solution boundaries and formulate system designs
Contribute to the Solution Design or improvement of design by proposing the right Archibus application solution, related technologies and operational process;
Contribute to document deliverable such as PIP, FRS, SDS, UAT, User Manuals.
Application customization of web-based facility management software and related technologies in fulfilment of the client's requirements
Application configuration such as upgrade, integration via Connector, email notification configuration, KPI/metrics setup, etc.
Setup/develop integration program for Archibus to integrate with 3rd party software systems
Problem Solving, Troubleshooting, timely resolution of issues & proper documentation 6. Collaborative and effective communication with project team members and clients
2. Introduce innovations through conceptualization, prototype creation, research and development work
3. Trainer resource for Archibus Systems Administration, Advanced Courses on Application Development and Customization courses
4. Technical Support to Archibus project implementation and related technologies
5. Pre-sales support to Sales and Marketing through application solution demonstration or contribute to demo/POC materials by creating a prototype, video, screenshots or presentation material
6. Achievement of Archibus Certification and maintain certification annually
7. Perform other functions/roles as may be assigned by the Supervisor
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other Information Technology related course.
Knowledge in basic Java, Web Development (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and SQL), Database Management using MS SQL Server or Oracle, and Database Scripting/Programming using MS SQL Server's T-SQL.
Solid understanding of web scripting languages (VBscript, Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, XSL, Php).
Preferably with knowledge in developing applications in one or more of the following Runtime SDKs:
Windows Phone (.NET or C#)
Android (Java for Mobile)
iOS (Swift or Objective C)
Experience in Productivity Software (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio)
Basic knowledge of systems and network architecture
Python Programming would be an advantage
