As a Web Developer working in the Knowledge Team, you'll be responsible for developing the iAuditor Knowledge Base, empowering the team to create content that provides an awesome self-service experience for our customers.
Working closely with our Knowledge Manager, you will be implementing knowledge base/help center designs and document how Technical Writers can leverage the designs to surface their content effectively.
You'll be exposed to a range of technologies, so this role would suit someone with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn things on the fly. The ideal candidate will have a front-end development background with proficiency in React.
Responsibilities
- Develop a best-in-class self-service experience for our customers, with our knowledge base host/system: Kustomer.
- Deliver cross-browser, optimized, and responsive code.
- Work with the Knowledge Manager and designers to develop dynamic user experiences.
- Work to create experiences that are user-friendly.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and business functions depending on your work.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML, JS, React, CSS/SASS.
- Experience working with modern javascript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular, ES6, Typescript).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs.
- Have an understanding of UI, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
- Proficiency in building responsive websites.
- Implementation of SEO best-practice.
- Good communication skills.
- A willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
