Work you will do
This role sits within Customer and Marketing. Deloitte's Digital Customer offering leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally-powered growth and enhance your customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts. You'll help clients define their eCommerce requirements by leading and facilitating working sessions to gain an understanding of the client's current state processes and technology in the eCommerce space as well as supporting the implementation that follows. If you like to design leading-edge solutions, you will help clients unlock the business value of SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Drive project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely
Assess client business requirements, and work closely with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
Author & review functional specification documentation for implementations and other large projects

If you are someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
Strong working knowledge in web development
At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience using the following:
Vanilla JavaScript / Node.JS / Express.JS / JSON data/structure
Strong experience in OOP (Object Oriented Programming), Restful API (Integration), or GIT and GIT commands or MVC
Experience in Front-End web development (a big plus)
Attention to making secure, well performing apps
A self-motivated, problem-crushing attitude
Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
Strong leadership skills. You master your technology and lead people to deliver quality outcomes
