Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites in WordPress, HTML, and CSS to maximize user engagement and search engine optimization (SEO) Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects and be accountable for project schedules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to website functionality, site performance, and user experience. Collaborate with creative design and production teams to generate new website features that support the team's mission. Write and maintain code in a highly organized and modular manner. Conduct preliminary testing of development work and provide feedback to designers. Stay up to date on relevant technologies and make recommendations for continuous enhancements of company web-based products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in web development function. Extensive knowledge of WordPress, HTML, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python Experience in implementing web development workflows and operations using a variety of tools (e.g., Git/GitHub, REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX). Ability to function as a team member and work collaboratively with other departments.
