Job Descriptions:
External
Upload content to company's website - campaigns, news, projects, blogs, reports, images, video etc on time and to schedule
Design and build new components for web pages using Sitecore Experience Accelerator(SXA)
Link content across website to improve functionality
Prepare reports on web content performance and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans
Work with regional lead to source high quality content for website (e.g. project images, contact information, copy)
Implement and improve guidelines for web content creation
Liaise with internal (regional) stakeholders to keep web content up to date - HR, IR, Marketing
Work as part of the wider Digital team and Digital agency (Dutch based) to ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the website
Support reporting of key web metrics to the business using but not limited to Googleanalytics
Provide training for the CMS for new colleagues
Internal
Support internal communications team in setting up microsites
Upload content to intranet - news, information, videos etc.
Liaise with internal communications team to manage flow and schedule of intranet content
Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree in IT or related course
Minimum of 2-3 years of working with website Content Management System - Sitecore
Front end development skills - HTML, CSS, Javascript
Knowledgeable of and 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics;
You are good with numbers and capable to create insights on how to optimize our content strategy
Experience working with O365 Sharepoint
Knowledge of HTML and CSS - huge plus
Understand email standards and privacy laws: SPF, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Excellent communication skills & English
Amenable for Mid shift schedule
