Contribute to the wealth management business by being responsible for the execution of orders, maintaining accounts, sending out investment ideas, and distribution of mutual funds.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Wealth Management - Account Maintenance
a. Ensures proper funding and settlement of orders for clients
b. Performs account maintenance requirements
c. Process client requests for deposit and withdrawal from account
d. Creates periodic reports for clients, as needed
2. Mutual Fund Distribution
a. Performs account opening, booking of transactions of clients with mutual funds
b. Prepares and sends SOAs to clients
c. Coordinates collection of commissions from fund partners
d. Assists in onboarding of Novel with new fund partners
e. Ensures contracts with fund partners are in place
3. Performs any and all other related functions from time to time
Graduate of BS Economics, Business Administration, or Finance-related course
At least 2 years relevant work experience
Verbal and Written Communication
Attention to detail

Process-oriented
Organized and able to prioritize task
Must know how to use Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Banking Industry - Trust Departments, Asset Management, Brokers, Finance Operations
