Job Description: Operating hours: Wide variety of shifts available, including opportunities for shift differential. Our current target operating hours are Monday - Friday 7am - Midnight EST, and Saturdays 9am - 9pm.
This role:
As a Investment Servicing Analyst you will be a key member of the J.P. Morgan Securities service team in our mission to create great client experiences. Invest Servicing Analysts work to create more efficiency, enhance quality, and build consistency while operating in a highly controlled and regulated environment. Your contributions and deliverables ultimately result in a better client experience, better employee experience, and a more resilient business. As a Investment Servicing Analyst you may be asked to perform a variety of functions, which may include:
Assist clients and Financial advisors with brokerage accounts over the telephone
Provide resolution to urgent or escalated cases
Mentor and train Investment Servicing Specialists
Quality assurance activities including performing call observations
Monitoring and reporting on important metrics
Performs analyses using spreadsheet and database tools; makes recommendations to management based on findings
Identify and report areas for process improvements, gaps, or outages; build case studies and documentation to perform needs analysis
Building and delivering communication and training to employees
Issue escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution
Root cause analysis and evaluation
Participating in projects of all sizes; Leading small to medium impact projects
Assist in developing, writing, and maintaining procedures
Required qualifications:
3-5 years relevant work experience
At least one year within USWM
Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA's), and employee benefit programs
Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills, displaying a high level of professionalism
Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base across all 50 states
Advanced problem solving skills
Advanced analytical skills including critical thinking and the ability to make independent judgment
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to share knowledge and educate others
Advanced ability to take ownership of each client while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs
Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal customers
Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
