AWM Fraud Management is seeking a high performing Anti-Fraud Analyst to support administrative fraud prevention and service resolution activities for the Firm's Private Bank clients.
This role will require working with local Philippine & US Anti-Fraud team colleagues to execute the appropriate actions to protect the Firm and its clients by helping secure accounts, follow instruction for plans of action, and handle claims for US & International Private Bank clients.
Role / Responsibilities:
Support execution of key activities within the Anti-Fraud Services Manila team in partnership with US SME stakeholders. Includes fraud escalation efforts, cross-LOB collaboration, US & International Private Bank fraud event research, and various other detailed reviews held with next-day deadlines.
Proactively identify data inaccuracies before submission, escalate issues via appropriate channels in partnership with team Associate & VP partners
Key Competencies & Qualifications:

Must possess excellent written and oral executive-level communications skills in English to be used with internal stakeholders
Ability to multi-task (talking or chatting with internal partners) while documenting activities thoroughly and concisely
Engage in interactive dialogue with colleagues through active listening
Problem Solving & Management Skills
A professional with the ability to deal with highly confidential client details following all firm storage and retention requirements
Candidate must demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to identify key issues and escalate items with appropriate sense of urgency
Analytical Skills
Critical thinker and ability to exercise independent judgment have the ability to closely partner with team and manager(s)
Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
Computer Skills
Expertise with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
Key Background Qualifications
Must be willing to work in rotating schedules and shifts
Must be willing to work in an environment that supports internal customers via phone, email, instant messenger, and/or group sharing chat rooms.
The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years' experience at a large financial institution or a university / college degree from a top tier institution
