Reports Analyst
Salary: PHP 18,000 - PHP 21,000
Skills/Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced MS Excel Skills
Analytical, data driven
Skilled in extraction of data from multiple sources
Creative at building reports to visualize data in story telling fashion
Can ramp up quickly and is familiar with call center reporting metrics
Ability to decipher trend in data
Ability to catch data discrepancies and highlight
Ability to view data and highlight changes that indicate movement in metrics
Plus: Is familiar with database query languages (SQL), reporting from amazon, Aspect WFM
MicroStrategy and similar BI tools
