Retail Account roles accept 0-6 months Customer Contact Experience or Technical/IT-related background with at least B2 CEFR English level.
Home Security Account roles require excellent English communication skills for voice-based support.
Travel Account applicants must have C1 CEFR English proficiency and strong speaking confidence.
High-Priority Banking Account roles require a minimum of 6 months CSR voice experience in BPO, with strong customer handling and professionalism.
