Description
What You Will Be Doing:
-Preparing and tailoring meeting documentation and presentations (Word or Powerpoint document)
-Managing CRM system (Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter)
-Transcribing voice-recorded file notes
-Setting and allocating tasks using CRM systems and/or task management applications (e.g., Trello,
Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork)
-Obtaining information from third parties (external fund managers, banks, etc.)
-Creating and generating insurance and investment comparisons
-Preparing insurance quotes
-Preparing SoA and insurance & investment applicant forms
-Implementing Financial Advisers' recommendations
-Preparing service agreements and FDS
-Business revenue monitoring
-Managing budgeting programs for Financial Advisers (e.g., set-up, bank reconciliations and reporting)
-Managing Financial Advisers' diary and follow-ups
Your Skills and Qualifications:
-Degree in Finance, Commerce, MBA, Accounting or Engineering
-Experience working in banking, insurance, loans and mortgage, foreign-based finance roles, advanced
-accounting roles if local companies
-Preferably with experience in Macquarie, SAP, Peachtree, XERO, Xplan, AdviserLogic, Coin, and
-Quickbooks or has knowledge of ISO9000 or a FINRA license
-Strong verbal and written English communication skills
-Exceptional numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare and analyze a range of financial reports.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
