-Respond to questions about the brand and products from customers who contact you via phone or email with knowledge.
-Assist customers with online orders
-Back office order processing and communication with logistics
-Follow up on orders and communicate with clients, including those in retail, repair services, and buyers, etc.
-Follow up on all client requests to guarantee that the company offers the best customer service possible.
-Create cooperative, fruitful working connections with the personnel in our conventional boutiques
-Assist clients with concerns related to after-sales service
