₱ 19,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Provide high-quality customer service to the customer, and ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via call, email or chat.
Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis.
Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.
You are qualified if you:
Have Good to Excellent English Communications Skills.
Have at least 2 months of Call Center experience.
Can start immediately
are not yet enrolled or employed(must less than a week remaining days if already rendering)
You will still be profiled in other accounts if not met the required BPO Experience.
