Requirements:
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
• Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Preferably candidates currently i in the Philippines
• Willing to work in Taguig City
• ·Can start as soon as possible
• Must at least 2 years experience in Supervisory role
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in conducting Seller interaction audits
• Prepares and Implements goals of the team
• Reviews and analyzes performance metrics for performance improvement
• Fosters teamwork and collaboration towards achieving team goals.
• Manages performance and behavior of associates by coaching, mentorship and also through meetings.
• Manages schedules, monitors adherence, time-off planning, and attendance in partnership with Workforce Management.
