JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
-Predominantly for Dayshift/Midshift schedule
-Customer Service Representative/Technical Support Representative
-Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably those who have internet/wifi connection at home and a laptop/desktop if none it's ok.
- At least High school / Senior High School graduate with 1 year or preferably 2 years Call Center Experience CSR/TSR but handling TSR position is an advantage.
- College Degree is an advantage even no BPO Experience but at least have any job experience
- Positive, self-motivated & energetic
- Must be amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work either in Quezon City (Near IPI Terminal), Commonwealth, Quezon City or EDSA Cor. Quezon Ave., Quezon City
- Can start ASAP
