-Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably those who have internet/wifi connection at home and a laptop/desktop if none it's ok.
- At least High school / Senior High School graduate with at least 6months to 1yr of Call Center Experience CSR/TSR but handling TSR position is an advantage.
- College Grad or at least completed 2yrs. in College is an advantage even no BPO Experience but at least have any 6months and up job experience
- With Average to Excellent English communication skills! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GREAT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS it's an advantage
- Positive, self-motivated & energetic
- Must be amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work and report either in Baguio City or Tarlac
- Can start ASAP
